What documents does a migration approval usually need?
Usually four: a decision memo with the options and a recommendation, a business case with its assumptions visible, an answer to the vendor-risk questions, and a summary the audit committee can read in five minutes. Procurement may add a memo on certifications.
Can we edit these documents for our own committee?
Yes. Print or save any page, replace the bracketed figures with your own, and remove anything that does not apply. None of them depends on choosing Novuz.
