# Novuz > Novuz converts legacy data warehouse logic into production-ready cloud pipelines, deterministically, and proves every object. It converts schemas, stored procedures, ETL and orchestration to Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Apache Iceberg and Delta Lake. The same code in always gives the same code out. Every converted object ships with a reconciliation report. The software runs inside the customer's own environment. Key facts: - Problem name: logic debt. Data migration is solved. Logic migration is not. - About 95% of objects convert by fixed, versioned rules with no model calls. The resolver handles the rest on a model the customer approves, at 700 to 1,000 tokens per edge case, and an engineer approves every proposal. - Typically 95% or more of objects convert with no manual edit (a one-line fix counts as manual; dead code excluded). Reconciliation above 95% on first pass. 4 to 8 weeks on estates of 1,000 to 1,600 objects. - About 40% cheaper than an SI-led rewrite, at a fixed price set before work starts. - Agentically primed: agents can run Novuz through its APIs, and agents can run the pipelines Novuz delivers through MCP. The conversion stays deterministic. - Sources: SQL Server, SSIS, Teradata including BTEQ, Hadoop (Hive, Impala), Snowflake. Targets: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake. - Pricing: estate assessment $3,000 in three business days, credited; First Domain $25,000 to $40,000; full estate fixed from the assessment. - Databricks validated technology partner. Novuz Inc., Danville, California, founded 2017. ## Product - [How it works](https://www.novuz.com/product): Discover, Converge, Resolve, Validate, Deploy - [Agentically primed](https://www.novuz.com/agentically-primed): Agents can run Novuz through its APIs and the pipelines it delivers through MCP - [Pricing](https://www.novuz.com/pricing): The four rungs and the equivalence guarantee - [Security](https://www.novuz.com/security): Runs inside your environment - [Methodology](https://www.novuz.com/methodology): The counting rule and definitions - [Proof](https://www.novuz.com/proof): Delivered estates ## Migrations - [SSIS to Fabric](https://www.novuz.com/migrate/ssis-to-fabric) - [Teradata to Databricks](https://www.novuz.com/migrate/teradata-to-databricks) - [SQL Server to Databricks and Fabric](https://www.novuz.com/migrate/sql-server-to-databricks) - [Snowflake to Databricks](https://www.novuz.com/migrate/snowflake-to-databricks) ## Resources - [Logic Debt Scorecard](https://www.novuz.com/scorecard) - [FAQ](https://www.novuz.com/faq) - [Glossary](https://www.novuz.com/glossary) - [Blog](https://www.novuz.com/blog) - [Novuz vs Lakebridge](https://www.novuz.com/compare/novuz-vs-lakebridge) - [Novuz vs manual rewrite](https://www.novuz.com/compare/novuz-vs-manual-rewrite) - [Data warehouse migration alternatives](https://www.novuz.com/compare/alternatives) - [Blog RSS feed](https://www.novuz.com/rss.xml) ## Blog articles - [Why logic migration is not solved](https://www.novuz.com/blog/logic-migration-is-not-solved) - [Agent-ready data pipelines](https://www.novuz.com/blog/agent-ready-data-pipelines) - [How to prove migrated data matches](https://www.novuz.com/blog/how-to-prove-migrated-data-matches) - [Why fixed-price migrations need object counts](https://www.novuz.com/blog/data-warehouse-migration-cost-fixed-price) - [Deterministic vs LLM code conversion](https://www.novuz.com/blog/deterministic-vs-llm-code-conversion) - [Find dead code before migration](https://www.novuz.com/blog/find-dead-code-before-migration) - [SQL Server 2017 end of support plan](https://www.novuz.com/blog/sql-server-2017-end-of-support-plan) - [Migration code sovereignty](https://www.novuz.com/blog/migration-code-sovereignty) - [Continuous modernization](https://www.novuz.com/blog/continuous-modernization) - [Is our data ready for AI](https://www.novuz.com/blog/is-our-data-ready-for-ai) - [Why determinism matters to your auditor](https://www.novuz.com/blog/same-input-same-output) - [What is logic debt](https://www.novuz.com/blog/what-is-logic-debt) - [Planning a migration around a renewal](https://www.novuz.com/blog/planning-around-a-renewal) ## Company - [About](https://www.novuz.com/about) - [Press](https://www.novuz.com/press) - [Contact](https://www.novuz.com/contact) - [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/novuz-inc/) - [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTTYHC7uFrUkTv7qBDrF5Ng) - [X](https://x.com/NovuzPrime)
