Your situation
The code converted months ago. The project is stuck because nobody can prove the numbers are the same.
Conversion finished; go-live did not happen. Testing found differences, fixing one created another, and the audit or finance team will not sign until someone can show, object by object, that the new platform produces the same numbers as the old. Novuz produces exactly that: a reconciliation report per object on the same inputs, misses listed by line with cause and fix, inside your environment.
What is happening
What is actually happening?
Validation was planned as a phase at the end and turned out to be most of the project. Differences are being found by users, not by a process. Each fix is made by hand to code that was generated differently each time, so the fixes do not hold. The sign-off meeting keeps moving.
The cost of waiting
What does waiting cost?
- Two platforms running in parallel, both paid for.
- A team that has stopped believing the date.
- An audit position that gets harder every quarter the old platform is "about to" retire.
In three business days
What does the estate assessment give you?
- A reconciliation of the converted estate as it stands: which objects match, which do not, and why, by line.
- Which of the misses are conversion errors and which are source behaviour nobody documented.
- A fixed price to re-convert the objects that need it by rule, so the fixes hold.
- A path to the sign-off meeting with a report the signer can read.
Honest fit
Who should not do this?
- Projects whose differences are data-movement problems rather than logic; the report will say so quickly, but the fix is a storage project.
- Oracle or mainframe sources.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you reconcile code Novuz did not convert?
Yes. Reconciliation runs on any source and target pair on our coverage list, whoever did the conversion.
Why do your fixes hold?
Because the conversion is rule-based: re-converting an object gives the same output every time, and the fix is a rule change applied everywhere the pattern occurs.
What does audit get?
A report per object with row counts, aggregates and sampled rows, source against target, misses by line, written for the person who signs.
