Your situation
The free tool converted the easy part. The procedures, the orchestration and the proof are still on your desk.
You ran the platform vendor's migration tooling, as you should; it is free and it handles part of the estate. Then it stopped at the stored procedures, the scheduler logic and the question of whether the results match. Novuz starts there: rule-based conversion of what the free tool did not do, a reconciliation report for every object including the ones it did, inside your environment, at a fixed price.
What is happening
What is actually happening?
The simple DDL and the straightforward SQL converted. The procedures with cursors, dynamic SQL and error handling did not, or converted into something nobody trusts. Nobody has reconciled anything, so the converted part is not proven either. The project plan assumed the tool would finish; it did not, and the date is unchanged.
The cost of waiting
What does waiting cost?
- Engineers hand-fixing generated code, differently each time.
- A growing pile of converted-but-unproven objects that audit will ask about.
- The date, which the tool's output did not move.
In three business days
What does the estate assessment give you?
- A count of what is converted, what is not and what is dead, across the whole estate.
- A reconciliation plan for everything, including the tool's output.
- A fixed price for the remainder and the first domain.
- The comparison, in writing, of where the tool stops and where Novuz starts for your estate.
Honest fit
Who should not do this?
- Estates under about 300 objects, where finishing by hand is cheaper.
- Estates where the remainder is Oracle, Informatica or another source we do not convert.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you redo what the tool already converted?
Not unless the reconciliation says it is wrong. Every object gets a report; the ones that match stay.
Why did the tool stop where it did?
Platform-native tooling is built for the common path; the procedures and orchestration are the uncommon one. The comparison page sets out where each stops.
Can we keep using the tool alongside Novuz?
Yes; the assessment tells you which objects to send where.
